Tonight I was tasked with chopping an enormous butternut squash for a vegetarian chili at work tomorrow. I had no idea where to even begin, but this link helped tremendously!
Ahhh pealing the squash before cutting into it probably is safer. Well now maybe I won’t feel like I’m taking my life in my hands every time I cut up butternut squash.
